Great hosts! Tasty Breakfasts! Quality rooms! And Larry took us on a fanstastive tour of local vinyards which were all unique with many very good wine selections. Our trunk was packed on our return home. We will definitely return with friends.

I stayed there this past weekend. One of my all time favorite B&B's. The room was wonderful, and Beth and Larry are a great couple. Breakfast was delish, and we stayed with them for about a half an hour after breakfast just chatting. I can't wait to go back again.

The Belle House was everything we were hoping for in a weekend getaway, and Larry & Beth were extremely kind and hospitable hosts. We felt welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived on Friday night until we departed on Sunday morning. Larry & Beth cooked up a delicious breakfast each morning, and Larry was an affable, patient chauffeur on the Saturday wine tour. Our room was cozy, with an inviting sun room. We'd highly recommend the Belle House to anyone wanting a weekend to escape to sample some of the best of North Carolina's wine country.

This was our second trip to the Belle House, and it was as outstanding as the first. Beth & Larry are wonderful hosts and the house and grounds are just beautiful. Having a chauffeured wine tour is icing on the cake. For anyone wanting a weekend getaway they can do no better.

I don't think I can do justice to describe what a great weekend we had staying at The Belle House. Only 45 minutes from our house, we felt we were much farther away. From the moment we arrived on Friday evening, during breakfast Saturday morning and throughout the day on the chauffered wine tour, we felt we were visiting old friends. Leaving on Sunday, we hugged and promised to return (and we will!). The owners started out as hosts and became our friends. The house is beautiful with a historic emphasis without being overpowering. We stayed in "The Mystic Room" which had a sitting room and a huge private bath with garden tub...all beautifully and delightfully decorated. The homemade breakfasts were different each day and delicious..the kind that make you want to overeat! The best "perk" was the chauffered tour of 5 wineries and an Amish store (great place for lunch)...absolutely no timetable but our own and lots of good stories/history about the area....and did I mention that was for no extra charge? If you plan to explore the wineries of Yadkin County, this should be your "base camp".
